Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of all packrafts sold by Alluvia Raft LLC, for one (1) year from the date of original purchase of this product. This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, fire, improper packing, or other acts of nature. This warranty shall not cover damages resulting from commercial and rental use, and does not apply when the hull number or production code has been deliberately altered, defaced or removed. Only the original purchaser of this product is covered and it is not transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners of this product.
What We Will Do
Alluvia Raft LLC, at its sole discretion, will provide one of the following three solutions to whatever extent it shall deem necessary to satisfy a proper claim under this limited warranty:
- Repair or facilitate the repair of any defective parts within a reasonable period of time, free of any charge for the necessary materials and labor to complete the repair of the product to its proper operating condition. Alluvia Raft LLC will also pay the shipping costs necessary to return this product once the repair is complete.
- Replace the product with a direct replacement or with a similar product deemed by Alluvia Raft LLC to perform at or above the same function as the original product.
- Issue a refund of the original purchase price less any discounts given.
What You Should Do
If this product is returned to Alluvia Raft LLC, this product must be insured during shipment, with the insurance and shipping charges prepaid by the buyer. If this product is returned uninsured, the buyer assume all risks of loss or damage during shipment.
